★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 times via food panda. 1st time was great! 2nd time they missed out 2 servings of curry. 3rd time I ordered at 5pm. Food still wasn’t prepared at 7.15pm and they were still accepting additional orders via the app. Never ordering from there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all convenient as they claim -- arrived 30 mins after a pickup order was marked ready to complete chaos. Was shunted from point a to point b, and then left hanging, just so that I could get out of the staff's hair, with my food just sitting in a corner getting colder by the minute. Absolutely dismal showing.
Maybe having both staff back to the counter sweating over the takeout chits is not a good idea, just maybe...? (The feeble excuse from a lady who finally came over to investigate the clusterf--k was, "Uh, sorry, we don't know when the system marks your order ready..." Which, if true, points to a complete and utter failure in order management.)
1-star review revised to 2-star due to outlet manager's willingness to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the saba teriyaki bento, oyako don and gyu stamina don. The portion sizes were slightly small. My saba fish was swimming in teriyaki sauce, it is a sauce, not soup.

Unlike some other restaurants pricey yet small portion. Short change customers... ?? Glad that Delivery ? by Deliveroo was on time too though it was raining... cause I didn't want to take dinner too late. ?
