★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service if you're looking for laptops and require a 2nd opinion. It is one of the smaller outlets, hence the variety isn't as widespread. But nonetheless it has the few essentials you'd need from extension plugs to spare cables and various adapters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a 30 dollar valorant gift card didn't work I returned to store hoping to get a refund or a exchange for a new card to no avail I returned home to see if I typed in the code correctly as the cashier said the card was in the system but failed once again gives me a feeling they are selling fraudulent gift cards at the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom review but the staff made us irritating. Today we visited this outlet to buy a keyboard, but the outlet very small and we couldn’t find the model we want. So we approached 1 staff (male) for his assistance. He was very rude and bad attitude telling us all keyboad is here only then walk away, even did not bother to know which model we are looking for or consult for us the similar. The worst thing is he gave a unfriendly and impolite glare to my friend while i was looking at him. We had bad experience and feel disrespected here. Please training your staff again for better customer service. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Challenger WWP today and met with a very rude staff - Name: Diong Chee Yuen
He refused to help me and called someone else to help me instead even though he was not busy nor attending to another customer. When I feedback to him that he was rude and lacked customer service, instead of being apologetic, he laughed and taunted me with “So, so??” and told me to go ahead and make a complaint if I wish to. And when I looked at him, he asked me why I was looking at him and asked me what I was going to do to him. It is clear bullying towards me, a woman. This is such a disappointing experience shopping in-store and supporting a local business. This must be why online shopping is taking over physical stores.
