Had some technical enquiries and friendly staff at HQ pointed me in the right direction. Took only a day to sort out unlike other "top" brands which never calls back.
Engineer Shawn answered all my queries promptly and in detail. Am enjoying my ac units tremendously. Real bang for the buck.
