★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a crack on my Rommelsbacher induction cooker (still within the 2 year warranty. I whatsapp Beste and they responded immediately asking me to bring it down to the service centre. I went down and a gentleman replaced the glass top very quickly. I am so impressed with their after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sent my Kuvings juicer to check as there's some noise. Arrived and there's few people in front. The people in back office reacted quickly to serve despite only 1 person in the front desk. Crowd management is good and swift. Issue is checked and rectified on the spot as faulty seal. I also purchased 2 spare seal which is very reasonably price. Very good experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Centre… told me to come by to service my thermometer… only when reach, they say they can’t do anything about it.. wasted my drive… owner tries to give respond online but the truth is when I was there they did not give any explanation and juz said they don’t service thermometers… no such explanation like parallel import or such… i bought from authorized dealer but they didn’t ask for me where I got it from…

The service provider was courteous and professional.
He tested my unit and quickly issued a replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at Beste today to claim warranty on a Braun Oral B electric toothbrush. Two elderly gentlemen were manning the counter, both very friendly, changed a new electrical toothbrush swiftly. Office was clean and have sanitiser available. Out in less than 20 mins. Dock one star as Service Center not open on Sat making it very inconvenient to send item for servicing. Should consider to open at least one Sat a month. Also car park is for season parking only so risk getting fine by parking by the roadside.
