Betta Bros SG - 1 Jln Dusun

Super friendly owners, very knowledgeable and most importantly genuinely helpful. Initially, I was not a customer of Betta Bros SG. I only came to know about them after I joined a telegram group called Betta Discussion SG. I was actually asking for help with my betta fish on the group and Roy from Betta Bros helped me with my newbie questions. I like that they do not hard sell and no black face if you don't buy anything. They will always make you feel welcome! Even though the shop is not near my home, I will still go there to get whatever supplies I need. Betta Bros SG, is highly recommended, great quality fishes and products. My Experience here, My first visit, didn't get to come in cause of COVID restrictions. But then yesterday, I finally get to come in and guess what,it was the best experience I've ever had, this shop, thus far, was the best experience I've ever been to in a independent Betta shop. Based on Cleanliness, tip top! Organising of your stuffs, racks,product etc. again, Superb! Your Bettas? Just purely top quality. If you were to look at me properly just now, inside me,deep in me like the kid in me was jumping for joy,I was really spoilt for choices. Pricing? Just right. To compare with other shops,I can name u some but I won't put it here, pricing are just ridiculous. Theirs are just, my goodness, I have no words to explain. Look at me just yesterday if guys were to see me, I'm spoilt for choices. I can directly tell you that i'm like interested like almost 10 of their Bettas. And,Roy and ladyboss were very welcoming. That atmosphere. They make customer's talk to each other comfortably. They treat all their customers the same regardless,as from what I see, they don't judge. Even people who just come in to just browse and look only, their willingness of letting people in are just wonderful. You maintain this way brother, I tell you alot of people will keep recommending to your shop. I would definitely recommend people,friend family colleague's who are into Betta. I will proudly now say go 1 Jalan Dusun, BettaBros. As simple as that. If you feel like quitting this hobby and you come by their shop, you will change your mind and decide to not quit, if you're not a Betta hobbyist, I can assure you once you're in,you'll get hooked and be interested. Even if you love going to fish shop only and would like to just browse, trust me and go there, you'll love it no doubt. And I'm very thankful towards both Roy and ladyboss as shop owners like you guys are hard to come buy nowadays. Didn't get a chance introduce myself to Kelvin as he was busy when I was there. Was having quite a deep conversation with Roy. He shared tips and very honest. I would definitely support you guys for the long run, you have my word. Brother,keep up the good work. Best betta fish shop I’ve ever visited and the best fish shop I’ve seen thus far in sg. The fishes are top notch and are well taken care of that I’m concerned I may not be able to give it as much care when I bring it home (stress). The owners are friendly and the customer service is easily 5*. Time flies when I’m hanging out there ! Really love this place !

Came to collect my fish today and my buddy found a gem of a copper plakat! Btw the shop is one of the best and friendliest that we came across in our very new betta journey! Thanks for all the tips that was shared by Roy and Kelvin today! Was a well spent hour there! ??????

First time visit this betta shop in Balestier. Right inside the One Dusun Building (Entrance beside Cavemen Restaurant). Shop got a lot of selection for bettas, really amazing. All the prices are clearly labeled on each tank. Roy is very patience, despite i took very long to decide which one is should go for, he just intro one by one to me, without ignoring customer like me who are indecisive. Not pushy nor try to upsell either. Reasonable price base on the quality of the bettas. Highly recommended for those who are looking for cool and pretty bettas, definitely make u have difficulty in choosing what you want due to the wide variety range! :) Definitely will visit again for my next purchase! This place is too good not to give a review. Kelvin is very knowledgeable and shared many tips on betta care/grooming. Price to quality is the best out there, and I can tell you that I have been to many shops. Just come here for all your betta needs. You get more than what you would pay in other shops.

I live in the east, yet, this shop is my go-to specialty betta shop, even if it's in Balestier. Newly opened, but the selection of bettas here is excellent. Complete transparency as the prices are clearly labeled on each tank. Roy treats each betta as his own pet. Not pushy nor try to upsell. Excellent after-sales service. Price vs Quality is excellent, excellent value-for-money. The only shop I've been to to have bettas by Asian breeders like Wesley Tan & Kenny Seaw. Included photos of bettas bought from the shop. Best betta retail experience!
