โ โ โ โ โ I had a flat tyre and found BHC Bikes, and Richard was very responsive and accommodating. He offered to come to my area so that I wouldn't have to wheel my flat tyre all the way to his workshop and he didn't charge for that. He was also very polite, friendly and experienced, replacing the inner tube within a few minutes. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service and professionalism from Mr Richard. He fixed an annoying noise from the bottom bracket area, which was there since I got my bike two months ago. I have tried bringing it back to the original retailer and did tons of research on the forum, but that didn't resolve it.
However, a quick test rides from Mr Richard, and he identified the issue swiftly and fixed it in less than a day. He even accommodated my schedule and shared great advice for a novice road bike rider like myself.
Plus, he shared valuable bike fitting advice with me, which made my riding experience more enjoyable.
I will recommend Mr Richard to other riders and engage his services in the further.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely happy with the service provided by Richard! He knows his stuff very well.
When no one else helped around the area, I had to call him and he waited for me to arrive and then helped to fix the misalignment on the rear tyre as well as he also helped to fix the gear alignments.
Also proactively he gave a few other tips to keep my bike healthy. And the best part is he is mobile and can go anywhere to do the fix. Very happy to finally have my bike fixed at a reasonable rate! Highly Recommended!
