★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited BBG recently to do wheel arch reverse leds. At first thought the price was abit ex. But BBG is the only place i found that does this so went ahead. After seeing how Ah Fa did the installation, felt the price is fair. Workmanship is meticulous, and the LED also needs to be custom made. Kudos to BBG.

1st trip with appointment during weekday noon no crowd no waiting time
2nd trip with appointment at 11pm but had to wait
They are really efficient and experience have been good. Thumbs up especially to ah fuatt who is the friendly one with smiles when serving you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was unfortunate that the phone service consultant was unable to coordinate with onsite services team.
I tow my car to the workshop upon confirmation that the car can be done today. but sadly once reached, upon asking, ground crew say that today cannot be done.
So with that, I tow the car away to another workshop to have the parts fixed. Time and towing money was wasted although I do understand that phone consultant and ground consultant are different but this can be an area to improve to better assist customer in the future.
Other than that, the tonality of phone assistance and ground crew were rather monotonous.
A 3 star review is more toward a recognition given to the tow truck that they recommend, Mr Mohammad is friendly and nice to work with. (thank you for your pleasant service even on your festive occasions)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nicely decorated modern workshop. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few Macs for customers use. Overall ok. The bill does not breakdown between parts and labour. As a result, one of the item cost is at a few multiple of Authorized dealer price. I am not saying that it is over priced. However, I recommend the owner to improve on their price transparency by itemizing parts and labour separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for regular servicing. Its a small garage with about two servicing bays. Come during the early morning to be serviced fast - took me less than an hour before heading out. Head mechanic is friendly and experienced. I chose this place specifically because walk-in is available, unlike the bigger garages where you have to make an appointment. They also have a number of oil selection available, for my case I wanted to use Motul, but at least two of the bigger garages I know don't provide the package for this. Lastly, bring along your negotiating skills. Bought some other stuff and got a pretty discount. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and great workmanship. Had my led legroom and undercarriage change within 80mins. They are quick and efficient. They know what to do really well. And of cos, everuthing is done up superb nicely. Recommended garage for accessories and wiring mechanisms!!
