On behalf of our Managing Agent and residents, I would like to express my utter disappointment and frustrations in our dealings with Key Account Manager Anthea Tan and Big Image. Our estate had paid close to $4000 for an exterior signage which was poorly lit. Over 2 months, we have repeatedly requested Anthea over calls and texts to do a joint site-inspection to discuss appropriate lighting resolution. No dates/time slots were proposed and our requests were basically ignored. After a surprise call from me to Anthea, which she answered (as she didn't register my mobile number), Anthea asked for my email address and promised she will email my M.A and me suitable dates/time slots for the joint inspection. She didn't honour her promise and the inertia continued. It is only reasonable for us to expect Big Image to install a main signage which is adequately lit and visitors need not strain their eyes to read the main sign which is an important way finding tool. Above all, to continually ignore our requests over 2 months to meet and discuss proper resolution of the poorly lit signage is pure unprofessionalism, poor customer service and horrendous work ethics. We will not recommend Big Image nor Anthea to any of our business contacts and friends. We reserve all rights to seek further redress.

I didn’t expect to get such a wonderful experience from a die-cut sticker service. The customer service is immaculate - from the first email reply to the vinyl sticker installation. Quick response, clarifications, even to the last moment where I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t make it to the site during installation. Photos and dimensions were forwarded to me to help me make a decision. I will recommend their services to others. Thank you!

And accompanied with 3D renderings of their ideas, it enabled us to get a clear glimpse of the final product which really helps the process. The end products were a gorgeous 3D acrylic signage for entrance, a neon signage for adventurous instagrammers as well as a massive wall vinyl print which helped with our branding in all our videos! Engaged Big Image Group through a friend’s referral to do a 3D signage. It was an urgent request but they handled it well despite the tight deadline.
