Both of them are experienced and specialised and are able to advise us accordingly. Learnt quite abit from Kevin during my conversation with him. Highly recommended! Ben is very experience and has his whole life dedicated to the purchase/sale/certification of jewelleries and gemstone. His partner, Kevin whom we first contacted was very friendly and approachable (He is also GIA certified). The appraisal process took less than an hour and the certificate is very professional. I completely recommend them to you should you need these services.

Their service is superb. Not only were they very quick in identifying and generating the gem report, they also answered all my questions very intelligently. They were very patient. Kevin, the one who helped identify my stone, went on to answer some of the questions I had even after I left the store. Great and efficient service! I've been to him to have my gemstone report and handful of times. He's always welcoming and takes the times to view my gemstones. He even goes the extra mile to give me precious advice on how I can better take care of the different gemstones that I have in order to keep them in good condition! When it comes to the gem report, my items were all handle very professionally with the out most care when he conducts his lab examinations . Unlike some other gems lab that might make you wait for several weeks and hours in person before being able to collect back a simple report which can be so frustrating. I'm very happy to say that from my experience with Big Lab, gemologist Ben Hoo is a very responsible and efficient, as my report would be ready by the same day or the next day! I highly recommend this lab for anyone who needs a reliable , trustable gemological certification. TWO THUMPS UP!!! =)
