★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had went to their outlet again and was my second time to get my g-shock watch battery replaced. Even though I went on Monday which was supposed to be closed for walk-in, in which I had forgotten about their new operating day and time but yet with their staff friendliness and effort, they allow to help me replaced my watch battery on the spot. After the whole battery replacement, without fail from their staff effort and initiative, they even help me clean my strap even though I never ask them to help me to do so. Which make me want to visit them again to get any of my watch for servicing.
Their service, attitude, and even work responsible was best. Keep up the good work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged them for polishing service for my Grand Seiko Snowflake, which is made of titanium and therefore harder to polish My watch was in pretty bad shape. Instead of sending to GS Japan via Thong Sia, decided to do it at Swiss SAV through a friend's recommendation. Cheaper and faster, with a 1 week waiting time. Was very happy with the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many “reputable” places to get your luxury watch purchase(s) authenticated but I highly recommend Swiss SAV for their professional authentication processes.
Using all the legit equipment, almost nothing escapes the eyes of the team at Swiss SAV.
Would you want to save by paying $50.00 for an authentication done with naked eyes for a watch more than $10k in value, or pay $190.00 for ease of mind?
I choose paying $190.00 any day and will continue to visit them to get my purchases authenticated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my watch for authentication and I was blown away by the level of details they checked on the watch. He (William) meticulously took time to check different parts of the watch and cross verify the different serials to ensure the authenticity.
He also helped me with resizing and shared how best to look after the watch.
All around happy with their work and service and would highly recommend them to everyone considering a professional work!

We were blown away by the level of detail been check, explanation on the watch. Also help me to resize and their customer service is definitely 1 of the tip top service. Even after checking, they do not rush and even sit down and chat with me and my wife on our watch. Had a great morning start and definitely recommend everyone to them.
