I sent 2 pieces of my jumpsuit to Big Mama at west Coast Plaza for alteration, and I’m very satisfied with the service and the final product of my jumpsuits. Alteration is made to what I wanted and both pieces were very nice. I’m very satisfied and happy with Aunty Ross’s service, very friendly and attentive. thumbs Up!!

Kakak Rosita and ma'am Edna are the PERFECT examples of what customer service is all about. With Kak Rose you will always have great conversation with her superb warm demeanor. With ma'am Edna you can always expect a warm fuzzy feeling whenever you visit. Both are very prompt with service, extremely helpful and so accommodating! The only reason why it's not a 5 star rating unfortunately, is cos there were several instances my laundry came back with a damp stench.

Sent my suit jacket for dry cleaning, came back great. The lady I first encountered when dropping off my item was lovely, and upon pick up, Ms. Rosita showed amazing customer service! So amazing that I just had to write a review. I am in hospitality and it is rare to find someone like her -- even in establishments known for their service -- who genuinely cares for her customers.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE! If there is a ZERO STAR OPTION, I would have chosen that! Big mama charges a bomb and They ruined my wedding attire. And wedding attire is expensive, mine was handmade and with the stone works and embroidery and mind you it was only worn once for my wedding for about 2 hours. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with their reply after ruining wedding saree blouse worth $490 ! Reason given for the damage is wear and tear! What wear and tear are you talking about when it’s 1 week old! I’m not doing dry cleaning for the first time to give me an ridiculous reason . And for their mistake I have to go down to their place ? TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Trust them at your own risk. When they ruin your items they don’t have any remorse AT ALL!!!! They don’t take care of your clothes like they claim they do ! First time with BIG MAMA & it’s a TOTAL DISASTER!!!

Good service when we sent out jacket for dry cleaning. It is hard to find laundry and dry clean services now. They also have monthly plan which they can help collect and deliver. Thumbs up and will come again. ???

Sent my new winter jacket there for dry cleaning about 5 working days before my flight. Called the shop before I went over and the lady at the counter was extremely nice and friendly. Although it’s only 4-5wd to go, she didn’t charge any extra fee and brought forward the collection date by 1 day to ensure that I will get my jacket before my flight. The entire process was professional too, got a receipt with all the key details that ensured a super smooth collection
