β β β β β The tailor charged me extra for two alterations for one piece of cloth (2 piece of cloth for 4 alterations in total).
When I came to collect my clothes (after the initial agreed upon date), I was told that my clothes werenβt ready and that I should call her first before coming. I didnβt complain and instead gave her more clothes to alter.
The second time I came to collect my garments, the tailor made 2 alternation (instead of 4). As 4 alterations were agreed upon and paid for, I ask the tailor to redo it. The tailor got very unhappy and ask for more money. I declined as I already paid for the alterations. Although she eventually agree to redo it, her attitude was rather poor. I wanted a proper job and said I was in no rush.
On my third attempt to collect my clothes, I cannot zip up my trousers and the waist for the dress and the trousers are in two different sizes. When I ask her to rectify this, the tailor said nothing can be done.
She got very angry with me and shouted at me. She blamed me for asking her to redo the cloth on purpose.
I cannot wear my altered trousers anymore and it worth more than 100SGD. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience. Will never go to this shop again.
