β β β β β Honest and Responsible seller, Ken !!
Few days after buying the bike from Ken, I realized that the cassette was not as advertised. Contacted Ken for the issue and fast to get response from him.
Upon realized the mismatch, Ken assumed the responsibility without any hesitant. He patiently explained the situation and we came out with a resolution that works for both of us. He, too, immediately update the website to prevent any possible further cases. Do understand that not everyone will check the cassette, he is very responsible in promptly amending the details, to prevent any possible misleading.
During my visit to his warehouse to test the bike, Ken also provided valuable information for my purchase and do not hard sell anything to me.
