★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two faced type of shop. Friendly when selling u the bike but zero after sales service.
I'm a newbie to cycling and just bought my dahon broadwalk from them couple of months ago. Had some issue which i dunno so called them to say i will bring it down for them to take a look. They brush me off saying they are very busy with alot of new orders. No time to handle servicing or maintenance.
Seems like they just want your sales but give loads of excuses when the bike have problems and ask u contact Dahon direct yourself. Anyone have the same experience?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before sales service is good but the set up of the bike is poorly done with a number of issues in the bike which we need to figure out how to tighten. For example the bike seat, the joints/connecting parts . This could be be disastrous if it comes off half way. Would think it is better to go to other places who have more people who know how to set up the bicycles. This store only has 1 who knows how to set up while 1 mainly doing sales. 2 young chaps likely unable to cope with the demand n just do it anyhow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy 3 Sixty from this shop, when reach home ,switcher wire cut out ,call uncle in shop at 8pm and send the picture. Uncle asked to bring back to fix it so next day i come back, fixing takes about 2 hours cos needs to dismantle to connect back the wire. No additional cost. Uncle very friendly and teach me again how to folding to avoid cut the wire again.
Very glad purchase from this shop then online which cant get same good service . Will recommended to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bot a bike from them many years ago.. and sent it in for servicing recently - till now they are still so passionate about the bike, and servicing my bike giving it the tuning and adjustment it needs beyond the price I paid for the service. Altho I wasn’t allowed to step into the shop but it’s perfectly fine. Thanks Paul and Cecilia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible attitude. Only interested in making sales. After you buy the bike from them, you are on your own. They even tell you contact Dahon directly if there is anything wrong with your bike after you made payment. It is not their problem.
Don't bother to go down to the store personally as you will be shut outside the store like a cockroach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legit Dahon distributor! I lost my Dahon safety latch but they have the parts in stock and helped to replace at a fee. WhatsApp response is a little slow, I recommend to give them a call instead. It was all done in a day regardless, good service!
