★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there were NO customers at 915am, staff still slowly slowly make me wait for them pack finish their bak kwa then serve me, i ordered already ask me wait so i sat at the table in front of the stall to wait. never called me after 15mins until i had to go ask them if my order was ready. terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dim sum are all awful, you'll honestly get 3x better quality with grocery microwave dimsum from the grocery. Frozen, old items rush steamed, dumpling/hargao skin are thicker and chalkier than wall plaster Meat inside probably won't pass for pet food.
Bakkwa is decent for the price, but avoid everything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low rating is not due to the food but to the service which is non existent. This is not a one off incident but 3 times with the same results and attitude.
The heck care attitude: As long as they are doing something, they will not attend to you, despite calling for them or waving at them for attention. Third visit, cashier doing cash counting, and suddenly slam close the cashier machine right in front of me. And no, I didnt even provoke her or ask for for anything as her colleague was already assisting me.
All 3 visits must ask for return of change upon payment. Cash collect, keep in cashier and then walk away to do other things until I must request for the change back.
The shop is also incapable of providing a receipt despite operating with a cashier machine and requesting for it. No hand written type can be provided as well. Perhaps some experienced folks may provide some insights with such operating procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for bakwa bao, which is pretty unique and delicious. I like it that the bakwa taste is strong in the bao and not diluted or tasteless like many bakwa pastries else where. Also tried traditional bakwa. At a coffeeshop which doubles as the bao shop
