★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to chill and relax.. staff are really friendly and nice.. food taste absolutely great! However, they really need to work on serving their food menu faster.. each time I go there, I have to wait more than half and hour to almost an hour for them to serve the food..
The staff will inform that the food would take 20-30 mins as the kitchen is busy but the food always comes out much later than mentioned and it applies to every food dish that they have on the menu.. portions are pretty small for some dishes.. It is seriously a huge flaw to wait so long for the food.. We are always on the verge of having gastric by the time the food arrives..
If they could speed up the food service, it would be an absolute joy to dine there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bistro @ 55 has only opened for 2+ weeks and we had a fantastic meal there. I ordered the pork chops while my partner got the lamb chops — they were so juicy and tender! The pork chops was fusion western and Asian (I found out that one of the co-founders is Eurasian and passionate about his food which he tried to bring across in the menu, and it worked! Pork chops and balacan mmmm).
Staff was super friendly, atmosphere and food was really nice and affordable so don’t let the bad menu design keep you away! The co-founders were also really knowledgeable in their drinks selection so we were in great hands for recommendations.
I’m also happy to say that this place is pet-friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started by 4 owners (Joe, Jeff, Keith, Woon) in Mar2022, this diner offers great food, cosy environment, friendly service, and amazing Rosi! I think when I retire, I’d look for shareholders to go on such similar venture, so that I can eat drink and be merry for the rest of my life!
