Decided to order a enterprise grade NAS from them via their carousell advert, the delivery time from the Taiwan to their shop was quicker than expected with a very competitive price. The replies, queries and updates were also equally quick online. Definitely one of my main go to shops for any hardware purchases

All my transactions were done ON-LINE, very convenient and theyโre very patient and accommodating to all my inquiries and requests even to the last minute. Shout-out to JOSHUA and Mr. JANN, they make sure to get the parts I asked (even out of stock theyโll get it for you).. All the parts were sealed and safely delivered to my door the next day (thanks Mr. Chng).
