He explained every step and made sure to give me tips for when i style my hair at home. No hard-selling whatsoever and was informed of the pricing before we started. It was a worth the trip and money spent. Will definitely be back. :) Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience at Black Hair Salon with Stylist Ben! He was friendly and attentive, always checking if I am ok and giving advice on how to maintain my hair and keep it healthy! Was given a new spare mask too as I was doing a hair colour to prevent my own mask from getting stained. Thanks Ben for the good service and hair makeover ?

From Booking an Appointment to having my hair dyed and getting the treatment done has been a lovely experience. All the staff were so friendly, charming and professional <3 Shoutout to my Stylist Natasha who was really patient and kind and explained what was happening throughout the whole process. She also perfected the colour that I wanted :) Thank you for your Service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben was my hairstylist for both StraightBond and Colouring services. He was very nice to suggest not to do both services on the same day as it would damage my hair. He also gave lots of feedback on the hairstyles that I wanted to do, and helped me to achieve my ideal hairstyle and hair colour without damaging my hair. His attention to detail was superb. He was also very transparent about the prices, which is something I appreciate. The other hairstylists who assisted were also very dedicated. Thumbs up! Will definitely be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer for a haircut and Natasha was extremely patient and professional! Lady who did the hair washing was very thorough and head messages were well executed. Throughout the entire process, I was half awake because of how comfortable the environment was despite it being slightly smaller than other salons I have visited. An area of improvement could be the arrangement of time slots, so people wouldn't have to spend time waiting and hair stylist could perhaps feel less rushed. This place is definitely worth a shot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Black Hair Salon for a hair dye appointment, and I have to say it was the best hair salon I've ever been to. I had my hair done by Ben Chua, who is a brilliant professional. I received great advice throughout the consultation regarding my hairstyle and hair color. He took a lot of time and care when he did my hair, and it turned out great! His color recommendation is perfect!
If you're looking for a reputable and trusted senior stylist, I highly recommend Ben!!!

She was very gentle when handling my hair and took me every steps of the process! Appreciates that she even tries her best to accommodate to my request! The outcome of my hair exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to come back to black hair salon again next month to do a touch up for my wedding photoshoot!
