I always order their Pandan cake. First time I tried its really good, I can taste the top layer of fragrant Pandan juice . But subsequently, the top layer seemed getting thinner & thinner, can hardly taste the pandan juice & not that fragrant anymore. Otherwise will give 5 stars. Please improve in this area.

Ordered two cakes from the Classique series and collected them at Capitol. The pandan ($13.90) was was light and fluffy, although the taste could've been a tad stronger. The flourless chocolate ($15.90) was denser and IMO, better. Also, both cakes were not sweet, so they're healthier than what you usually get outside. Packaging was very nice!

Chanced upon the shop when we walked through Capitol Piazza. Cakes looked good but when I wanted to make payment, I was told that Visa & Mastercard are not accepted. Only cash, Amex, Nets & Grabpay are accepted. I find it rather unusual that the more popular credit cards cannot be used.

The shops offers 3 different cake series with an extensive variety of flavours. The cake is moist, fluffy & the flavours isn't too cloying. Have it with your favourite cuppa of tea/coffee ... and enjoy a relaxing time reading.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service from the staff today. Wanted to order certain items for delivery but it wasn’t available, whatsapp them and they got back and resolve immediately for me. Appreciate customer service like this, have ordered a few times from them always well packed and gorgeous and yummy! Highly recommend to all ❤️

I tried both the flourless chocolate and the almond coffee cakes, and highly recommend the former over the latter — it's simultaneously denser, richer yet less sweet, great for a light teatime snack. The sponge has quite a nice, smooth texture, but doesn't quite match up to the softness of Rich and Good Cake Shop. The packaging is pretty and I can see that it would make a nice gift. But I don't think I'd buy this again.

Having read past reviews on Now Bakery, I happened to be around Capitol at City Hall so I decided to drop in to pick up a cake. Now Bakery is located at 13 Stamford Road #B2-22 and it is just next to Hao Supermarket. I bought the mixed version so that I could try both the Almond Coffee and their reputable Classic Chocolate which had good reviews. Each flavour is about 14 cm long and the whole cake is about 28 cm long. It serves 4 persons comfortably during tea time. I personally enjoyed the Almond Coffee more than the Classic Chocolate. The Almond Coffee has a slight thicken coating of coffee and bits of almond over the soft sponge below. The reputable Classic Chocolate, on the other hand, was disappointing for Chocolate lovers. It was hard and dry as if it was left over for many days. It just could not bring out the best of chocolate when compared to other pastry shops. With a pretty box and carrier case, Now Bakery scores high on presentation but falls short on delivering a cake which wants you to come back again and again.
