★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always harass passer-by and people queueing to enter Ion Orchard with free samples which I dare not accept as I believe they will pull us into their shop. This is really irritating.
Will be great if either they STOP approaching or harassing passer-by, or just give out samples freely as people walk pass without having to entertain them for any sales talk. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and poor sales. No manner after sales. Paid already then inform that what I purchase has no stock. Have to come back to get the product again a week after. When a week passed and I go to collect as sales promised, still no stock without inform in advance. Wasted time. So I ask exactly when I can get the product. Sales just said can I wait? Then never answer when. Just wait.
What should I do? What I paid is not cheap. SGD 390

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my wife few days ago and i really dislike how they approach their customers ! Well i know they were desperate but it would be nicer if they did not force my wife . Correct me if i’m wrong . Apart from that they were kind of ignorant i shall say in a way that they tried to harras other passer bys as well ? Their products are extravagant and would not recommend people to go there ! Try to avoid or distance yourself from them !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elderly parent (more than 75 years old) was conned into purchasing products that are of no need and use at her age. Staff used hard selling tactics and can randomly placed an arbitrary amount to how much all the items cost. 5 facial products, 1 gadget, and 1 facial treatment amount to S$6.5K? Wow. Bloody rip-off. Even had the cheek to accompany the victim to the ATM to help withdraw money because the daily withdrawal limit via the debit card had been maxed out and cash withdrawals were necessary to cover the ridiculous expense. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews are correct. Today at around 2pm, while I was going to go to the royal spotting house to buy shoes, I was stopped by one of the persons working there. They did hard sell their products to me because of my skin conditions. I have most of the products they mentioned at home but they still tried to convince me to buy their products. I don't have the money to buy all of the products they mentioned either. When I told them I do not have cash or money in my card they asked whether I have other cards which I do not have. For those reading this, you can report this company to CASE.
