★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling service standards. I should have went back to Takashimaya's outlet or even better, buy online rather than see the unhappy faces in store!
Looking at the recent reviews for Ion, this confirms that i'm not being biased in any sense and that the people in this store needs to find more pride in their work. Such service standards should not be in the heart of Orchard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant experience with the guy in ION outlet on the sampling redemption. I was a little bit shy on it and yet the staff in ION calm my worries. Short and sweet explanation let me understand that skin need destress as well. I’ll definitely come back to this shop for more cause they know how to handle customer worried. Thumbs up to them. Keep it up!! ?

Good impression cos she is passion in her job, enjoy interaction with customer and proud of the products she is selling. Thumbs up . I will bk to this outlet cos of her GEM service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read the previous review but anyway my wife said she had to get the almond body wash refill, the friendly customer sales rep (maybe they changed the staff) this time approached us and served us pretty nicely, we bought our refill eco pack and she let us try l’occitane’s latest product sample and we are pretty satisfied with it.
Subsequent visitor, you can be the judge later ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are just standing around not interested in the potential customers visiting this showcase. This is a very poor event for such a good company who has very nice products. This event has changed how I veiw this company. None of the workers were explaining the process or the products. I think they have lost my business for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the professionalism of Kelvin whom listened to my concern with dry skin. After hearing my concerns, he recommended me the appropriate hand creams and did not hard sell me.
He is very genuine and professional. Wish to come across more sales personnel like him which will certainly add a joy to the shopping experience.
