Branch in Orchard Ion, It's not the first time I've been here, but it's the first time I've met a staff like that, The service attitude is very bad ,and there is no smile。Do things Very impatient ,Why is her service attitude like this ！I'm very disappointed! ！ The staff name is Jaymie !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few weeks my girlfriend and I went shopping at Kiehl's in Ion Orchard branch, but something unpleasant and very angry happened !!!? There is a female employee named Jaymie, her service attitude is really disappointing and very very disappointed to us Impolite, is this your professional service attitude?! She shouted loudly to us, she didn't smile at all, and we didn't do anything wrong, why should we be treated like this?! ? Next time I will not go to this branch to find Jaymie again!!! I hope the company can pay attention to this problem, because the attitude of staff service is really important. Such bad service quality will cause customers not to come back to this shop again!!!

Unenthusiastic staff stood around staring at her manicure while was standing at the cashier waiting to check out.
It is the seventh circle of hell customer service I would say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interested to get the Clearly Corrective Dark Spork Solution and ask for samples to try but the man there told me they do not have anything to try but when i go Tangs, the lady gave to me. I don't know if they really don't have but don't look down on people on mobility scooter la. I am really keen to buy but need to try if i can accept the smell and if i am sensitive to it.
