My husband was told he could have a free item if he purchased 100.00 worth of make up. after he purchased the make up he noticed that he was charged full price for the free item. he asked about it and the clerk would not refund his money. its a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is excellent but customer service sucks. Bought some items and asked if I could have a disposable mascara brush and girl said no cos it's meant for customer who wants to test mascara. I suppose since I'm not buying mascara so I can't take 1.
I guess buying from Sephora and other stores are much better shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went a long way back to this store, I have always came back to get a free lipstick in exchange for 6 empty MAC containers. I've done this so many times throughout the years. Yesterday I visit the store to do the exchange, and also bought some other stuffs. But once I'm home (and by home I meant Indonesia), I realized that they didn't give me the free lipstick I was supposed to get. I wasn't really in need of the stuffs I bought, I just bought them because I thought it was the necessary thing to do. Turned out it was them who 'forgot' about the main reason for me to go to the store. And by the way this is the second time this has happened to me. Such a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decor. Sales assistant was more than patient with me. Much better service then what I got at the NEX outlet. I do notice and wonder why though, how all the staff at every MAC outlet don’t have the cheerful disposition that you’d expect from such an occupation. The male staff are definitely friendlier in almost every outlet I’ve been to.
