★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service is terrible. They don't even know their product quality or bag endurance of weight. When damages, they don't change and twist story. Most annoying sentence from the staff - how I know our bag endurance and materials type. Terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to pierce my ear lobes. The employee of the shop was rude when i ask her questions regarding about piercing. I decided to get my piercings done anyways, but after she pierced my ears, she accidentally twisted tht ear stud along with my left ear as she was trying to get the earring backing into the ear stud. She did not even apologize and was not apologetic at all and continued to force the earing backing into the ear stud. After awhile the boss told her that she was using the wrong backing and it took her awhile for her to change the backing to the correct one. Overall it was a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pierce my second hole and it was not aligned at all, and it had gotten an infection as the person who pierced it was not wearing any gloves and didn't even sanitize their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Daughter went to pierce double helix today. Omg, it's not even align. It really looks unpleasant from the back especially when she ties her hair. I suggested to close them back and pierce other ear. I was not there as she went with her friends. So cant comment about the service. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend went to purchase piercing jewellery for me the other day. We needed a certain size (16mm) and when he asked for the size, the staff said "I don't know, you just choose" and made him choose from a huge number of similar looking piercings. Even though previously we had gone to this place and they knew the sizing before? I believe she was in a rush but they were not closed yet and wouldn't it be faster to just point out the jewellery that is the right size? How is a customer supposed to be able to tell what size a piercing jewellery is just by looking? Clearly they don't know their product and aren't interested in giving basic service. Do not recommend at all.
