★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really bad experience. The server got my order wrong, and I ended having to pay more, but that's fine. What bothered me was that he spoke to me as if he was mad at me, then he also had such a bad look on his face, like he was angry or mad. I mean this is really poor customer service, even if you're angry, youre suppose to treat others nicely, do not take it out on others. Also the cookie was hard and crunchy(bad), not like other subways where the cookie is soft and chewy(the best).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not use food delivery app for self pick up. Despite your food being ready, the person at the cashier station will tell you it isn't lmao. Had to wait 20 mins for a chance to call them to get my order on their table. Ended up people queuing behind you get their order first. Had to raise my voice to get their attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this morning and the staff was not properly trained. At around 10am, I ordered breakfast menu chicken ham cheese and egg. However the counter instead of telling me there is no longer breakfast menu available due to the lack of eggs, she keep going no eggs available and she can’t purchase eggs off any supermarket. I told her it’s fine, just give me the breakfast chicken ham and cheese without eggs. At the counter, instead of $5 plus, I’m charged $6.40. This pricing is not even make a meal yet. Reason given, she has to charge the lunch menu pricing due to the lack of ingredients they have. Right from the start I should be inform of the closure of breakfast menu and be inform that I’m ordering as lunch menu. Not the repetition of “no eggs no eggs”. Trained your staff properly. Such a ruin of mood.
