Highly recommend wedding band from Love and Co.
Quality products and excellent service! Do lookout for sales rep Cindy if you're booking appointment! She'll definitely provide her expertise knowledge which will fulfill your needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Lyn on my proposed ring selection in Love & Co. She is patient and give me details explanation on the diamond selection for the proposed ring. She also give me idea on diamond characteristic and how the diamond will look like when mounting on different ring design & setting. I definitely see her wide knowledge and professional service to me for my proposed ring choosing. Besides that, there are another one specialist (sudden can't recap her name?) have shared me a lot on the diamond certification process and it's quality. She have flush up my understanding on it. Overall, I feeling happy with a good service from them. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received great service by one of their service staff Trinni, she was very genuine with her service and was always sincere in recommending us different ring design suited to our liking. I must say we are not the easiest customer to deal with as we are pretty picky with our selection, but she has remained patience throughout our entire interaction.
This has made us decided to return to the branch to get our engagement and wedding band from her, even accessories for my mum as well.
I must say I am impressed and pleased with the service with Love & Co and thankful to Trinni for the joyful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and unexpected encounter with Cindy @LVC Northpoint. Initially wanted to get our bands from town but, the service and human traffic within the shop(s) turned us off.
Back in the heartlands; Her sincerity and above notch attitude convinced us to secure the lovely bands there and then. No regrets. Highly recommend her if anyone was to find a gift/ring, can look for her! Thanks Cindy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really wonderful experience. When I first walked into the shop to look for a suitable wedding band. I was hesitant to ask the worker for help as i am afraid they would hard sell it to me. However, Lyn was the one who walked up to me and offered to help me. 2 months later I walked into the shop again to take another look and she remembered me! I was so surprised. But, I didn’t purchase it again. When back only the next 2 day and we finally brought the wedding bands that we love so much. Thank Lyn for helping and not hard selling ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked into Love & Co. Northpoint boutique with my husband, I was warmly welcomed and served by Lyn. We had initially decided to do engraving on our wedding bands. But when we raised our concern that my husband’s ring was too tight, she called her manager and assisted us to make enquiry for exchange even when it had passed the exchange date. She managed to secure and assist us to make exchange in size without having to make any trade in payment. She was very polite and showed great patience throughout our whole engagement. We hope that our thanks can reach out to her. :)
