Not too herbal beef soup... the soup is like consommé.... rich, clean and not too heavy! The portion size is generous, big spongey beef balls, the tendon delicious and the stomach tastes clean.... can't complain about anything regarding quality however they did accidentally get 1 of my takeaway order wrong!

Came to try their classic beef noodles. Ordered the large noodles but felt the serving wasn’t as huge as expected. Still taste as good as the old classic beef noodles. E-payments widely accepted here

Date and time of incident: 16 Feb 2022, approximately 1740hr Location: Suntec City Picture 1: amount of beef for a $7.90 portion Picture 2: comparison of the size and amount of the addtional soup purchased ($0.30 +$0.30 container) Picture 3: additional soup purchased Made a takeaway order for a bowl of beef soup with rice as well as a request to purchase an additional bowl of soup (previously bought their frozen tendon beef balls). The lady at the cashier counter insisted that I should be having noodles, not rice. I explained that I preferred rice. To add on to my horror, I was questioned in a rude manner by the cashier as to why I should purchase another bowl of soup. Mind you, I am not requesting for FREE soup. I wanted to buy, inclusive of the additional charges for the takeaway containers. Fortunately, a lady at the preparation section mentioned that it was okay to purchase soup. Just when I thought the ordeal was over, I was being told off by the cashier, once again, for taking a few more pieces of lime for my condiments. I took a total of 6 halves as the lime pieces were really small. I have been frequently visiting the stall for my meals since its opening at Suntec City and I preferred having a stronger lime flavor in my chilli and sauce. I am still in utter disbelief for being told off over a couple of lime pieces. When I explained that the lime pieces were small and asked why am I being criticised over such things, the cashier nonchalantly mentioned "你去complain lor." To the management team, may I ask if this is the standard reply and attitude inculcated into your staff when handling customers? I am definitely not expecting Haidilao standard for customer service, just the most basic courtesy. The items at the stall isn't exactly the most affordable, however, convinced that the flavor and taste supercede the price point, I continued enjoying my bowl of beef soup at the stall. That being said, this incident had brought about such absolute unpleasant experience, I am determined to stopped visiting the stall. I do not want to spend money and end up getting criticised over petty stuff. Moreover, take a look at the picture for the additional soup PURCHASED, the amount is equivilent to a coffee cup. Officially joke of the year for the beef noodles industry. Shame on you Blanco Court Beef Noodles. The replies, attitude and criticism I received were definitely uncalled for and please kindly look into the matter. Aboslutely unpleasant and horrible experience.

19 June 2022 - Had the chef signature special, dry thick noodles. Beef was good. Have to say, lives up to the claim on the wall poster. Springy tripe, tender beef slices and delicious beef shank. Surprisingly there was cincalok, which was quite delicious but very very salty. I forgot to take a picture of both noodles and cincalok before eating them. Had a coconut as well. Noodles were 10.90 per bowl, and coconut 4.90. As there were two of us, bill came up to 31.60. Paid by grab pay and was pleasantly surprised to get 3 dollars off. Overall quite satisfactory.

This is my first time trying @blancocourtbeefnoodles ? and it didn't disappoint! I got the Sliced Beef Noodle Dry. Came topped with preserved salted vegetable and drench in thick gooey dark rich gravy yet not too starchy, and it has the herby taste. Totally a pure gooey decadence. The sliced beef cooked to perfect tender yet retains a bite to the teeth. They were also very generous in the portion of beef they give. The noodles are very springy and slippery goodness. 5/5 for the Dry Superior Beef Noodles. The noodles were al dente coupled with the flavourful sauce, it was simply delicious. Comes with a generous serving of ingredients such as lean beef sliices, fatty slices of beef, tendon, tripe etc. The accompanying chilli was superb and went well with the beef. The chicken wings are decently sized, however the overall lack of flavour and crisp, leaves more to be desired. 2/5 for the chicken wings

Beef Noodles (SGD $12.90) @ Blanco Court Beef Noodles. . This family-friendly casual eatery operated by the 3rd generation has been serving tasty beef noodles since 1979. . They're known for their robust beef broth and gravy, made by stewing beef bones with marrow, resulting in a bold meaty savoury salty flavour with a hint of richness. . The marinated beef shank carries the unmistakable notes of 5-spice, with a firm chew to texture. The beef slices are tender, contrasting the spongy crunch of the beef tripe, while the beef meat ball is juicy with a springy bounce; all having meaty savoury sweet flavour. . The thick bee hoon / rice vermicelli noodles are slippery smooth, better in the gravy than the broth. The chili has a decent strength with a good spicy kick.

One of the best beef noodle soup, in Singapore, I have tasted to date! The soup is robust in flavour yet clean tasting. The noodle had the right springy QQ that went very well when masticated with the tender beef slices. The tendons were awesome, smooth and luscious on the tongue with a light bounce when chewed. The portions given were generous and lunch was truly enjoyable!
