Many kind of fish soups outside but to be honest but this shop you should try out theirs! Very refreshing and tasty with the fried egg smell. Absolutely superb! I took a mixed white and fried and added milk with rice. No disappointment fyi i used to work nearby 2 years ago and came multiple times before. Yesterday was just to relive my memory and taste buds! ??

After watching so many influencers raving about this place… The famous Blanco fried fish noodles. I finally had my bowl ?✌?? Maybe I slurp it too fast too hot, the mild soup only really make itself known to my taste bud when I am almost done with this bowl. Maybe it’s the warm afternoon. If this place is near to you, good for you, if it’s far away , don’t bother. ?

Visited the restaurant on 1 June 2022. Ingredients are fresh but MUST IMPROVE the hygiene as I discovered a long strand of hair in the my mixed fish noodle ? ? Alerted the cashier who came to my table to verify and gladly replaced me another bowl of noodle.

Came here after hearing good reviews from people. Ordered the mixed fish soup to try, sliced fish was sweet and fried fish was okay. The clear soup was slightly sweet and fragrant, comes with egg floss too and generous amount of vegetables which is a plus point. It comes with two types of chili - soya sauce with chili padi and another sour chili with lime and garlic. Abit disappointing on the chili.

Tried the fried fish noodle soup at the restaurant which is nextdoor to the Seow Choon Hua where I go for Foo Chow fish ball soup. Pretty generous order with wonderful milky soup base, noodles with fried fish pieces. The condiment (garlic and soy chili) are both very tasty. The menu has many more items. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor.

Quality fish soup for the price you're paying. Comes with deep fried egg floss in the soup. When you can't make such choices, opt for the mixed fish soup (Fried + Sliced fish). Fried fish was well battered, great consistency that doesn't break apart even when soaked in the soup. Sliced fish was very fresh. The skin literally peeled off easily. Fish meat is thick, succulent & also firm. Totally bang for your buck!

For sure one of my top 3 fish soup stalls in Singapore. An old school stall located along Beach Road which offers the best comfort food during raining weathers especially. There’s a choice of mixed fish, fried fish, and steamed fish. They all have a great soft, chewy texture which does not turn soggy at all sitting within the milky broth. Topped off with the shredded special fried egg which is the best addition in my opinion. It is their special touch. Soup is also not too over empowering or salty, just the right balance. Do expect quite a long lunch queue with limited seats now due to covid but still worth the wait nonetheless. Prices are relatively reasonable. You can top up the soup too if you wish (and if they are not too busy). They are located at 10-minutes walking distance from Bugis MRT station and right opposite concourse building.
