Try this claypot rice @$6 . Portion is quite small. Not salty and well blend with cabbage, crispy mini dried shrimp and tender chicken meat. Rice is cooked from scratch thus given a layer of rice crisp (Wor Ba) inside the base of the claypot. Forgot to snap a picture of the food due to my hungriness

Chanced upon this small coffeeshop while finding places to lunch on a workday, pretty good claypot rice and the salted fish is quite shiok and the uncle gives generous servings! The chilli is a must with a sour twang to help balance the sweetness of the black sauce. Overall, a decent claypot rice and satisfactory, albeit the rice was slightly wet

Very well done. The chicken is very tender and lots of dried fish, lup cheong and cabbage. The chilli is also quite special. Best is no need to queue and cost only SGD 10, good for 2 person.

Located in the same coffee shop as the fatty Thai wanton noodle is another established stall selling claypot rice. Compared to the usual claypot rice sold outside, the one sold here are slightly different. instead of the usual chye sim, they served cabbage instead. Secondly, they topped their claypot rice with crispy dried shrimp which add another dimension to the texture. Overall, its pretty good, paid SGD$6, portion size could be improve.

The claypot was good, but nothing to shout about. Good crispy rice bits but the sauce was a little too much, overwhelming the rest of dish.

Paid extra $2 for additional salted fish, total $8 for the Claypot Rice. Not too bad, not fantastic but service is good. Overall ok.

Overall I think it's very good! You can see the amount of ingredients for a 6 bucks pot. Silky chicken, fried dried shrimps, cabbage, chinese sausage and can taste bits of salted fish. The rice is not too soft or hard too, so can managed to scrap off some of the hard bits from the bottom of pot which is super enjoyable. Able to call and book also contributes to the 4th star.

Feel disappointed as went to try as saw the good review. The claypot rice doesnt taste nice and dont have the claypot smell. The price was costly and if you want to have salty fish in yr claypot rice there is additional charges of $2! Not worth the calories.
