โ โ โ โ โ Food is nice but for me, average. Probably cause I donโt eat intestines and I see most customers ordering this. The kway tiao is nice but I find the soup light and added the sauce from the meat to increase the taste. The pig skin is nice.
Itโs really cheap. I ordered meat (mix of fat and lean), egg, tou pau and pig skin.

โ โ โ โ โ Among the two kway chap stores in Holland Drive Food Center, this is the less crowded, and better store in my opinion. The broth is richer and less herbal, and the meat and innards are braised very nicely until they have a tender yet still with a bite. For an extra fresh kick, you can ask Uncle for more coriander which he absolutely doesn't mind.

โ โ โ โ โ They've got really good big intestine head. Other than that I think it's quite ok. I find the soup a bit salty. I prefer the other stall just 1 stall away for a better braise

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly between both the kwaychap stalls here , I would prefer this. The broth isn't as salty as the other , and they have a wide variety of innards for u to choose. The innards doesn't have that strong a smell , as they rare their own pigs . The chilli sauce isn't spicy but it's really nice and have a garlic taste. This stall isn't as crowded as the other but it's better. The broth could be abit thicker. Would definitely recommend this stall.

โ โ โ โ โ Coming from the east, I would say this is average compare to east side hawker stalls.
The kueh is not stiff but also not silky soft. The sauce is missing the dark soya sauce fragrance. Didnโt get much of the intestine. But the pork belly serving is more than enough. The rest tasted as per normal, nothing to shout about.

โ โ โ โ โ The old couple from blanco Court is manning the stall these days. The works that go behind preparing the kway chap are simply amazing. The kway chap is also simply delicious!

โ โ โ โ โ I tried the one at old airport road before and I felt that this stall is less salty. The intestines and innards are cleaned pretty well with no gamy taste at all. Price felt like itโs on the steep side. For two person, cost me $16 at a hawker centre.
