★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sincere offering of slightly Q noodles, lightly glazed charsiew and fragrant minced pork. The owner is friendly and appears to put a good amount of effort into each bowl, which is always a positive sign.
I tried the standard char siew dry noodles which comes with char siew, minced pork and bokchoy. They have 4 levels of spiciness ranging from non-spicy to mala.
The soup is of a cabbage + salt and sugar variety, which is simple but also far superior to the usual bland broth found at many noodle joints.
Prices start from $4, which I think is reasonable given the quality of ingredients used. Would come back again.

Overall taste is good.
$4 noodles with char siew, minced pork, vegetables and a bowl of soup. Portion was considered small to me.
Noodles were of the thicker type but were perfectly cooked, Al dente. Char Siew has good fat to meat ratio. Thinly sliced and fragrant. However I would consider it a bit dry and lean to chew on. Vegetables on the other hand were a little overcooked. I felt that the soup taste could be improved.
Chilli, I went with level 1, the lowest. Adds a good kick to the taste.
Overall a 4 to give support.
