This place seems to be co-run with the pizza shop and understandably with the F&B industry, quite understaffed. Went there for Saturday dinner with young kids and there was no one at the counter. Approached a service staff (Rose) at the pizza shop and she promptly finished up her task to attend to us. Very limited selection and a bit confusing if you are used to subway. Portions are generous, and the bread was really quite a lot denser than subway. The fries and tater tops were freshly cooked without being too oily primarily due to Rose's proper planning/steps to preparing all the items (3 different sides and 3 different sandwiches). Cheese fries was served with copious amount of cheese. Floors were slightly oily on feel and the lighting is poor. There is a sink there for customers which is very convenient and well stocked with hand soap and paper towels. Rose's service was not warm or rude but she did well for a busy Saturday evening (pizza shop was slammed with orders). No frustration was sensed amongst all the staff and the multi-tasking Manager Mark was very genuinely polite, friendly and patient with all the check ins required for dining in, taking orders, delivery pick up and clearing tables. Appears to have a good working culture. Pleasantly surprised by this impromptu dinner decision and good service experienced. Kids asking to return for more sandwiches already.

The panini is awesomely made, fresh and tasty with quite a good option. Everything have cheese in it but you can ask to opt out. Great and polite service

We were new to Blimpie but one of the staff was very friendly and guided us through the menu and ordering. The sandwich came rather slow but not an issue since they are still training new staffs. The Blimpie Best is delicious! Recommend trying the panini bread! But I feel that they can put in more vegetables. Just my own opinion: not a big fan of the square tray; it is oversize and only 2 trays can fit a 4 seater-table (you can't sit face to face too). Lack of lighting at the front, we thought they were closed.

Philly cheesesteak looks like it’s been left overnight and reheated. The wrapper is even stuck to the bread. Fries is noteworthy though. Hot and crispy.

Same management with the eatery beside it, 800 Woodfired. Very bad customer services. Patronise at your own risk! Post my review, the management replied here and asked me to contact them via email. I've done so. More than a month has passed. No one even responded to the email. So, I think the management of Blimpie should just stop putting lipstick on a bulldog. If service is bad, it is bad. No point putting up a show here as if you care. The fact is, you don't care just as how your service crew

It was our second time there after over a year and oh boy has the service standard and quality of food taken a turn for the worse. The paninis we were served were cold, dry, poorly assembled and had very little meat. You might as well get Subway. Disappointed and expect this place isn't going to remain open long.

This place seems like a good idea but the execution is missing. The large us served on a footlong potato roll? It's slightly sweet bread which was actually not bad. But the filling was miserable you can see it from the photos, there's hardly anything in there. Also why ask customers to fill out a form? Its a waste of paper and serves no benefit. There was no customer in the whole shop and no one behind me, when I went to order directly I was asked to fill out a paper form. Terrible. $13 for a sandwich is not cheap and especially dissaponiting when it's lacking so much. Don't come here for a good sub , go to subway. Don't waste your money.

Average food and poor service. This is my second time ordering at this shop. Staff wasn't welcoming on my first visit but the second visit was worse. Ordered a chixkenceaser wrap for take out. And all I got was a wrap with only chicken slices, see photo. When reported the case to the company FB page and email, the reply I got was only asking me for the info of the staff, and ZERO apology. I guess that explain the quality of the staffs. Just go for subway for better food and service and lower price!
