They helped to check how much it costs to deliver to my plc and I was more than willing to pay! Thank u to the cust Svc officer Jasmine C and mgmt for going the extra mile!

j	jack of all trades on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today (19/2) it was way too salty. found pretty large chunks of salt in the fried rice everywhere. might be due to human error during the busy lunch hour but i hope this mistake doesn't repeat. without all the salt would be 5 stars

Cooks are ALWAYS slacking, taking their own sweet time, TALKING mostly, checking their phones. And mind you this happened during dinner peak period (as seen in the photo below, no one’s cooking at all). Customer service is very very lacking, staff looks blur and unsure of what he’s doing. Probably needs more training if it’s a newbie. I would recommend this place only if you have 45 minutes of time to spare (that’s the average waiting time during peak period) or come during the odd hours. Also wanna casually add that the food quality and taste isn’t consistent, depending on which cook you got and their mood (apparently).

The shanghai rice was a little bit bland but I like it because I don't really like salty food. You can see how they prepare the food through the glass in the store. Will try other meal next time. It's convenient and fast takeaway meal.
