★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Good ramen for those who likes light broths
Order: Ichikokudo Shoyu Ramen Original + Add extra noodles
Total price: $15.20
Having seen multitudes eating, intrigued by it being halal and having a ramen craving, I decided to try it for the first time. The broth was light in profile. The toppings that came with it was okay, nothing to rave about. Texture of the noodles was al dente and slurp worthy; prefer extra noodles that are done well over the set meal personally. Overall, it's best eaten when it's mixed.
This ramen isn't going to be those that hits you with the sodium, or leave a glossy sticky texture on your lips after consuming it. That said, it definitely leaves you satisfied without the bloated or thirsty feeling. I wished that the broth was more complex in profile and the quality of the toppings were better. For example, the shoyu egg that I had wasn't marinated long enough. If you are more heavy on the palate or prefer the traditional kind of ramen, I'd recommend the extra rich version though it costs $3 more.
Price wise, I feel it is decent. Definitely worth the try if you want some ramen to switch up from the daily food routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ which came at an affordable price tag of $10.90. Portion is sufficient, but taste wise it was mediocre - could use a little bit more salt and flavour, noodles were springy and chashu was soft though so bonus points for that. Personally didn’t like the bamboo shoots which tasted a bit funny.
Friend ordered the garlic karaage ($6.90) which she claims was average and something she will never order again, but she was quite pleased with her ichi-smoked duck ramen ($13.90).
The Sapporo Miso Ramen ($11.90) was a tad too thick and rich.
Overall an average experience here.
Came to this ramen restaurant at around 7.40pm for dinner. Despite it being relatively late and after dinner hours, the restaurant was still really crowded.
First and foremost, I am not really a fan of shoyu ramen and even less of that of ramen with soup made of chicken. People who fancy light broths will enjoy dining at Ichikokudo though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soup is okay only. The Karage was surprisingly big and pretty decent. The soup broth and noodle need to relook in it and improve on the receipt.
Cleanliness of the restaurant too should work on it. It’s pretty normal to have pest here and there unfortunately there’s a cute little cockroach decided to take a stroll around customer’s table. Lolllll haha it was quite funny, how 1-2 female customers stood up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent but I won't say there is any wow factor. I was disappointed by the salmon slices in the salmon bowl which does not look appealing. Taste of the food is average and I don't know why there is an odd smell from the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say, Ichikokudo has maintain their taste of the food. It will never disappointing me.
I will always order the hot green tea ?
My favourite will be the Shoyu Ramen (Chicken ? meat) You must try!
Korean? spicy Karaage & Japanese Karaage is the best to order as side dish.
Hokkai-Jigoku Ramen ? is nice to eat if you like the taste of Mala.
Lighly broiled salmon ? sashimi is the best choice if you don't like to eat raw because it is dip in a hot water.
Hokkaido butter clam is of course buttery taste.
Overall ? satisfied
? Muis Halal Certified
?Located at Suntec City near fountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken soup base ramen isn’t my cup of tea, as I like the pork based soup. But in this halal restaurant, Definitely can’t find any pork in their menu. Try their limited mazesoba, but with disappointment, just some random taste mix together. Their chicken soup ramen for me is also too bland. It’s surprise that they have can expand so fast with so many outlets in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming across a halal ramen place! Our whole family had dinner there and we tried many items. The chicken cha siew and ramen noodles texture was nice but not a big fan of mackerel soup. They serve other items such as fried chicken, gyoza and sashimi and I wouldn’t have known this is halal place! My helper who can take spicy stuff says the volcano like ramen isn’t spicy enough for her. Overall still good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sashimi a complete disappoinment and waste of $7.90. The sashimi was thinly sliced, a far cry from the original photo and could barely qualify as sashimi, it was more like raw fish. The texture was also a disappointment as it was very evidently not fresh being very mushy. Sashimi at sushi express is better quality than this and it's $1.50
Original soup was quite pleasant and the noodles were cooked well, with the perfect chewiness. The soup was on the salty side.
Butter noodle was quite nice and had a pleasant buttery taste.
Miso ramen was too salty. Wouldn't recommend.
The green tea is ok, but could be stronger.
The estimated wait time was 40mins but we managed to get a seat within 20mins. Staff was polite and quite nice, kudos to them.
Probably would not come back, and wouldn't recommend the sashimi, but ig for the price this ramen is pretty ok.
