He is also extremely helpful to seek Color tone approval from our condo Mcst and explain patiently to me on the various type of blinds materials. The installlers( 2 young chaps) came today are very professional and polite and cleaned up the space after work. Overall the whole process is seamless , just that their business is so good you have to wait 1 month plus upon confirmation. Worth the wait. Jack- happy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From day 1 walking into the showroom, till completion of works, and even post-installation services to rectify some minor issues, Ryan and his team have shown professionalism and genuine sincerity in their services.
Ryan took the time to explain and continuously answer all my queries even after office hours. They were very accommodating with arranging schedules for installation as well.
The products are well made and very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend SmartZip and Ryan for their products and services.

From pre-installation he is able to advise on zip track color that matches the house, aligns with the approved color, and great service as well- asked for exterior silicon touch up after installation up to the installation day. The whole process is smooth without delay. Completely satisfied with the product.

Ryan was very prompt and patient and sincere in his replies to my technical queries and concerns as this is our first project to install ziptrack blind and there are many types of motor specs and blind options to select from. We decided to go with the company after special on-site viewing and demo. Installation took a while due to long backlogs but I am happy it was done within half a day. I am a happy customer.
