From the visit at Goodwife showroom at Woodlands (clear explanation by Eya), to the type and colour of model available that we ordered, to the arrangement for installation by their technician (Yuan). Installation was also fast and well done. Most importantly, the premium model that we ordered does feel, operate well. Delighted with the purchase and yes, would definitely recommend!

We heard so much from our neighbours and decided that we needed it as our house doesn’t have direct sunlight throughout the day. Good service and will definitely recommend to our family & friends who need it!

The installer explain clearly on the individual functions. Looking forward to use it once we shifted in. The price is reasonable and I will Highly recommended, as I can air my clothes indoor instead of shifting in and out when the rain comes. Thank you for the good product!

Really liked their design, feels very sleek and smooth. Even advised me on when I can get a good discount on Shopee's sale date. No hassle and made purchasing and installing arrangements very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have made purchase from GoodWife. The whole experience was very smooth and efficient. Sales side quickly setup installation date and was very kind in advising the different mode they have.
Installation was very swift too. The technician did a wonderful job and even help us to level rack due to our ceiling is a bit slanted.
The product is as advertised and the motor does sound silent. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for laundry rack to give GoodWife a try.

They will help to clean up after installation.
Operation of the laundry rack is easy but when in doubt you can still WhatsApp them and reply to solve my queries are fast. Additional accessories are good to have especially the clips. Love the color rose gold also. Overall experience is with ease.
