β β β β β I really wish I could be leaving 5 stars but I can't. These guys can cut well and I wanted to love my and my daughters haircuts. Unfortunately they decided that our big wavy hair would be better if 30% of the volume was taken out with thinning scissors. They went straight ahead with this radical cutting technique without consultation or consent. It will take years to get our volume back which is a much loved family feature. Really disappointed as it could have been perfect. The cut looks good for a soccer mom but is not right for me at all! Saying that, I would probably go back for a trim subject to them promising to never ever let the thinning scissors near either of our hair again, and to give them a chance to gradually correct their overzealous work on my hair.

β β β β β Went to the Hair Lounge for a hair cut. Wanted a change from my long hair of 15 years so was very nervous. Jerome put all my fears to rest. He took the time to understand what I wanted and to guide me on what he thought would be best. This was most re-assuring. He also chose to initially cut my hair while it was still dry to avoid any surprises in the length later. He was excellent and I love my new short hair. Thanks Jerome!

β β β β β Great cut and colour work! Have trusted Jerome with my hair for over 4 years now, and he always listens to what I want and gives the best recommendations. Which is everything a customer could ask for from a stylist.
I loved hair colours that lasts long (doesnβt turn brassy too fast) and transitions well with my natural roots when it eventually grows out. My colour lasts me for up to 6-7 months, in between only needing at most one toning work done or none at all.

β β β β β I went there today to get my hair done for the first time in months. i decided to get a balayage. the hairdressers were 1. very informative and told me everything to expect (like how to maintain the hair, how long it would take, what they were doing, etc.) 2. they were very very nice, and 3. the service was great. literally have never gotten a better dye job done in my life. and iβve dyed my hair a lot over the last 3 years. they made it look so natural and it fades perfectly with my roots. i would 100% go there again. 10/10 would recommend.

β β β β β Hanks has been cutting my hair for the past 15 years. And I only trust Jerome to colour my hair. Both of them are the owners and provide awesome service all these years.
Not a lot of stylist can cut short hair (crop) well and Hanks nailed it all the time.
Will recommend anyone with a bad hair day to seek these guys out.
