clinic assistant was rude!! Waiting time is too long even she told me to wait 30 minutes. I have wait more than 1.30 and ask for my Q number for I can know when is mine. She just spoken to me with rude tone. Don’t have!! What kind of service like this ??

Im carmen who went to the clinic to consult the dr shin ard 4pm… Im e last few patient there . For what i over heard the short hair wear spects staff ( whom seems new there )asking the orange aunty about why there is 2 accounts which are the same which she is unsure about . That aunty can teach her nicely … and not scold her infront of everyone and humliate her (not just when i was in the clinic , but this morning when i pass by the clinic at around 7.45 am , the orange hair aunty repremanded her damned loud and dont even let her explain) … i can see how helpless of the short hair new staff was . I was there in the clinic & i have observe that some stuffs she knows how to do but she was been told not to do . Dr shin and management team , could u pls talk to the Orange har staff , stop acting that she is a bigh short

Doctor is good, detailed and honest. He was very assuring and friendly. But the reception had an aunty in orangey hair tied in a ponytail who was rude and dismissive, not helpful at all. Changed her attitude really fast when her colleagues and the doctor were around though. Besides this rude reception, everyone and everything else is good overall.

Was at this clinic on 29th March 2022 at 8am. Extremely extremely rude clinic assistant with orange hair ponytail. I will not come back here again. Saw several reviews also complaining about her. Seems like the Doctor condones her behavior and she continues this way.

Very very rude clincic assistant!!! Called to ask how long is waiting time if I walk in. She say she can't tell me cos if I were to come later, the duration changes. So I repeated myself and said, yes if I come NOW, RIGHT NOW, how long? She repeated with so much angst in her tone and ended with DO YOU UNDERSTAND MY POINT and then hung up the phone!! So rude!!!

Overall the clinic is quite good The staff and the dr are good But the staff with orange pony tail her service attitude was really sucks , accompnay my friend to consult dr sin today @ 08/03 today . She was okay with the dr but towards the patients is a nah nah . Orange pony tail lady , u really need to work up on your attitude .

The new clinic looks pleasant and has ample seating. When the receptionist opened her mouth, i was taken aback by her rude and impatient tone. She was most unprofessional. She had to ask for my phone number loudly and made me repeat it. Next she pointed to the QR code on the wall. My first thought was Trace Together. On closer look i saw it was the Health Hup Code. She could have just told me to download the Health Hup Code. She seems unable to communicate clearly. The worst happened when i approached her when one item got hung. She started to lecture me telling me that i should go learn computer. Look like she has a penchant for scolding. For the sake of the doctor, i have rated the clinic 4 stars. He listens and does not make me feel being rushed. He asked in details the medication i am taking as well as my other ailments. His charge is very reasonable. After my pioneer discount, i didn't need to top up. Two suggestions.Number 1. Very urgent. Send the receptionist for training. Emphasis on having and showing compassion to patients who are already sick when they go to the clinic. Number 2. Highlight with colours the Health Hup QR code notice on the wall. Have a large sign over it and add if need help to approach the receptionist.

Overall the dr & some of the clinic assistants here are quite good. (Except the orange hair pony tail clinic assistant, her service attitude really must make a change, by grumbling , lecturing people over the counter & turning down of patients due to the long waiting q of patients , she can say it in a nicer way. Not being so blunt and rude . ) Despite of the long waiting time during Covid 19 period, the consultation price is reasonable and the service from the dr is really good .
