Will recommend this clinic to. my fellow colleagues who works at Maple Tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor lacked good manners - I knocked, walked into the consultation room and found him busy with his phone, and after a few seconds, he said ‘YA?’ without even looking away from his phone. What a rude old man. Just because you are old and probably doing part time work for your pocket money doesnt mean you need to be so uninterested in your patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Base on my experience This clinic doesn’t really cAre for the patients I went there last time to draw blood and the result was just given to me and never bothered to explain. I have far better experience from Shenton! Can see and feel the difference. Just unfortunate that company insurance change and now only Fullerton is Covered. But will try other clinic and will definitely avoid this as much as possible due to bad and dissatisfaction of the service/s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Pang was very thorough in his examination and communicated to me his thoughts. Really professional. Ms Sue (I think this is how it is spelled) was very calm and caring when taking by blood and when offering me help. I had a very positive experience and I recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from the counter staff who where very professional and gave clear and concise instructions of what to follow. While this might seem a bit distant considering the situation of the Covid outbreaks and Covidiots its understandable that everyone needs to adhere to strict instructions.
Once registered and met the doctor the doctor clear instructions where given and gave a good diagnostic and the Malay lady giving the swab test was very good ensuring minimal intrusion during the swab. Which I was told varies.
Post the swab test and checking out the staff also ensures post follow ups thru calls ensuring patients are notified and adhere to govt requirements, this was all done in professionally with and good humor.
