Attended Krisa’s prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions for my first pregnancy and loved it! She caters to your personal needs and gives lots of advice to first time mummies like me. I felt more prepared for child birth and felt stronger after the yoga sessions! :)

Have been attending prenatal class at Bliss Shala. Classes have a very positive and calm energy. A lot of stretching involved and I appreciate how Krisa helps each student find the right stretch.She clearly knows what she is doing. Always leave feeling more relaxed and centred and think the class will provide even more relief as the pregnancy progresses.

I am attending prenatal yoga weekly with Krisa. She is very friendly, attentive and approachable. The small group also ensures that she helps correct my posture. After the first few sessions, I felt a lot of improvement in my back pain. Highly recommend!

Is my first prenatal yoga class with Bliss Shala. I love the quiet environment with a small size of class. Krisa is very friendly to guide you and correct your posture. I'm happy that the yoga class help me a little on my body flexibility and relieve some pain.

Attended prenatal yoga at Bliss Shala, a home-based studio. Setting is comfortable with small class group of 5. Instructor is v friendly, and would always help me correct my posture. Price is affordable too. Definitely will recommend this classes!

I chanced upon Bliss Shala while researching on prenatal classes in my first trimester. Have been attending the classes for the past 3 months and they have been extremely helpful during my pregnancy. Krisa is very knowledgeable and always has helpful tips for poses and pregnancy in general while Renu’s classes always help me feel calmer. I always leave classes feeling relaxed. Would definitely recommend their classes for all mummies to be.

Krisa is amazing. She’s a detailed instructor and suggests different posture and position as I have a tailbone issue. She follows up as well and take note which stage of pregnancy that I’m in, so that she can advise the best exercise or yoga poses that I should practice more. Rest assured if you do your yoga sessions here, and let her take care the rest. :)

First time mummy trying prenatal yoga at Bliss Shala! Always feels like a good workout and stretch after class and definitely a good way to keep active. Krisa has been very attentive to the mummies during class and very helpful with answering my questions on concerns after class too. Highly recommended to mummies, even if you do not practice yoga before pregnancy, like me!
