She checks and corrects every minute detail while you are doing a pose.
No two sessions are the same as she carefully plans and charts your progress.
I took away lessons that I still practise in my yoga routine.
I highly recommend her classes.

Her instructions and explanations are always clear. She has a good grasp of my existing chronic pain in specific areas, and would customise the exercises to suit my needs. I feel very comfortable under her guidance and I always look forward to my lessons. It is balm to my soul! Thank you, Fern.

Her structural therapy has greatly improve my chronic lower back pain, and working towards improve body balance, posture, alignment and fitness! The home exercises she introduced are easily manageable during my day at work and when I am traveling. She also explained and helped me to understand and communicate with my body so to bring every part of my muscles to life. I am grateful to meet her. Thank you Fern!

She is a fantastic teacher, always was very patient to understand each of our own difficulties and was encouraging to get us to challenge our limits but not at all pushy. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed.
