A	Ahmad Akram Mohamed Ismail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very accommodating, always going beyond the call of duty. I would definitely rate them a solid five stars. But I feel the resources they are provided are minimal, or the system is broken. There is no proper system at all. You have to keep repeating your case to every person you are assigned to; I dun see why you need a case no. or reference no. When you still have to repeat yourself for the umpteen time. And their payment mode is strictly cash. I think it is about time they start to ride the wave of technological advancement. One cannot be adamant and primitive and keep harping on old ways. The cost of an application can sum up to a few hundred. Do you think it is safe for customers to hold so much cash? I'm not surprised when im replied with a repeated template reply (a mere copy and paste effort) from the organisation like all of them here. I really hope a significant intervention takes place and revamp the system, which helps not only the customers but also their poor staff as well.

If you are lucky you will see an open Appointment slots but even if you can book one slot, it gives no confirmation and there is no way to fund out whether you are booked or not. I would like to add that finally I managed to get an appointment. My appointment was at 10:30. It is 11:20 and I am still waiting to be called at a counter. I wish you guys honor appointment time.

Most places would ask you to go and read the website and figure it out yourself but staff here were able to multitask in serving multiple queries efficiently while printing documents for others. Impressive work. Note: print the online application form, passport photo is not the standard International size, but can be taken at BLS itself and for any particulars update do check with BLS staff before booking an appointment of any prior approval is required.

Both time when I went for passport service for my family members he was very helpful and efficient. Made the process very smooth. Thank you.

Their services are by appointment only for now, which can be booked through their website. The entire renewal process was a breeze from start to finish. All the auxiliary services like photos and even form-filling are available at a nominal extra charge. The staff at the counter was very cordial and approachable, clarifying all queries and details before filing the application. Stellar service from BLS all around, very thankful for their assistance in this time-sensitive process.

Both the time I was served by Priya who was very friendly, polite and informative. Before visiting the place read the instructions on their website clearly and get yourself prepared with the necessary documents to avoid waiting for a long time. I had a hassle-free seamless experience.
