Being a first timer and no experience dealing with US embassy. My husband decided to engage this company. After compiling all documents and went through consultation with one of the agent. Confidently, being prepared with all my documents. I went to embassy and being rejected visa. Because The agent missed out important documents. I never bring marriage certificate as agent never say anything about this. I cancelled my holiday to US because of this. Also still have to pay the fee despite its all was their mistake.

A lot of hidden charge, for 2 person china visa i thought i am paying for $ 350+, i call in the same day to ask how much is the total charge, but the customer services is really impatient told me just wait until the process is complete we will send you the invoice. And so, after 4 days waiting, i saw my invoice, it was deducted $ 538++++, and then i found out the $ 132.68 is just their services charge <--- with all document completed by me, they did not even need to prepare anything and got the $ 132.68 x 2 pax for free. ok, first time and last time, terrible experience, won't come back again. i would rather go China embassy myself. Thanks for the lesson.

I dropped off the passport and everything here. Good service. Expensive , but it is corporate travel agent, you can expect that. You need to look for 135 Cecil street blue color neon lights, next to state bank of india bank. It is on level 7 of MYP tower. Need badge for lift.

Would have given a zero star if there was such an option. Worst experience ever! Do not engage this company!! You will never get your visa. And even if you do, it’s gonna take forever and cost you a bomb.

The worst of the worst; dont understand why any companies will use their service. Granted that travel has resumed, still it is unthinkable that no one bothers to pick up the phone, and if you are lucky they do, they can't answer your visa questions

No response, not contactable, not providing clear information on visa requirements. Even with their reply after waiting, answer is not relevant. Only thing fast is charge to credit card without service completed, and worst being double charged. Bad service, not worth paying.

Personal recommendation DO NOT ENGAGE their service. Unreliable, not trust worthy, slow response which almost no response at all, will complicate your life. 1. They will require your credit card by the time you sign up, without any service action 2. They will overpromise you with dedicated agent, which is NONE. Once you upload documents, they will NOT RESPOND at all for days, until you spend at least 50mnts on the call line to speak to their customer service. If you are lucky, they will pick up your call in 50mnts. And they will call you back in minimum 2 hrs to speak with their agent. If you dont have time, they might make you wait line for hours. 3. They will send HALF of documents requirement for visa application to u. Once you submitted, they will say the document is incomplete and ask for more. For sure it will give you unnecessary stress. Btw, they did this in purpose. 4. When the time constraint, they will just easily say to pay for extra $100 for emergency service. Hey, who’s fault is that that no communication respond, not picking up calls, and only send half documents requirement? Btw this $100 is a SCAM that they are doing, i crossed check with BLS that NO EMERGENCY SERVICE AT ALL. On top of it, they will ask you to PAY $400 for visa application, while it only need to pay $200!! 5. They will directly charge your credit card, by the time they say documents are incomplete. Btw its $400 just to give you extra stress (cobt consultation fee only, excluding visa application) 6. Their agent only reply email once a day. So they will send an email to you around 5pm, even when you reply immediately, they will response around 5pm in the next day. Dont worry, other email service not responding at all. So its a norm for them. You can try info@cibt, feedback@cibt are even worst no response 6. If you do not have printer, The agent will ask you to pick up your printed documents in their office, before you go to visa application center / biometric. So much convenient for $400. Good luck

Horrible and expensive service. Uncontactable , On hold for long time , call you 10 mins before at the embassy to say the document is needed and need it by 15 mins and then delay the service when document submitted was given 3 -4 days before where they did not check ??!! Do not use them Experience even before Covid is no good , after Covid is even worse .. they charge fees which is ridiculous
