A	Anu Dutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers could be mistaken with this website as they may think that VisaHQ processes visas. I am currently applying for a Belgium visa, but learned at the office in MBFC that they only check if your paperwork is in place for a visa application. I still needed to go to the Belgium embassy to submit and process my visa application. Considering that I paid $100 for this service, the company should have ensured that all my paperwork should be in place for successful processing of a visa. Unfortunately, my travel/medical insurance was still not adequate for the embassy and hence I had to re-apply. The agent at VisaHQ did not even catch this error. VisaHQ was a waste of my time and money!

She was very detailed in the forms I had to submit, guided me through the entire process and patiently explained all my queries. The visa was processed quite quickly and my helper was granted her visa. I applaud VisaHQ for their excellent service and support.
O	Oops Kejriwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! They are never available to answer calls and the mail box is full always so you can’t leave messages. It’s quite frustrating when you r trying to reach them. Their information on specific country requirements is also not comprehensive. They charge you upfront but you have to keep chasing them to look at your documents . Very unprofessional. I used them to apply for Slovenia visa and when I reached the embassy counter I realized there were three documents missing which Visa HQ did not advise me to bring to the consulate. They are charging for services then should provide those services. I will never use them again.

When i contacted Visa HQ they helped me in arranging all the documents and the expertise of Mr. Hamada Alashmawy worked. Its very important to put your documents straight or otherwise visa can be rejected.

This website simply charges yr credit card for the “on the same day approval” and even the express “3 hours express courier services” even though they cannot full ill it. After payment, they will tell u they will send u the application in 5 business day. No follow up with local calls, no timeline given for voiding of payment and refunds. How long to you need to void a credit card transaction? It is almost immediate in singapore.
R	Ruwi MK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrrible experience. The Singapore office is not a reliable place. They charged me $250 for Visa, and said they cannot process it. It’s been nearly 3 months, no refund. I had to physically go to their Singapore office to inquire on my refund, there is only 2 people in the office. They claimed that Their call center is located in Egypt, so all my calls are directed to Egypt. There is no one to take ownership on customer refunds or issues. I highly do not recommend this place!
