Was supposed to be able to collect my parcel 2 days ago. Was told that it would be delivery today, if not they would drop me a call to let me know of a further delay.- Did not happen.
Hotline is impossible. The sound is choppy (not due to my telephone connection issue, I tried it on my handphone, landline), you cannot make out what the automated line is saying.
Absolutely disappointed at bluport. Will not be using their services in the future and would be warning my friends of their lack of support.
