The staff there were all very friendly & welcoming, one of the staff even came up to me to inform me the current promotions that’s ongoing in the store and told me to try on anything i’m interested in. The staff that was on fitting room duty was extremely polite and helpful as well, helping me to take another size of the piece that i was trying on. overall it was a pleasant shopping experience in Pomelo Jem :)

Just randomly walking around Jems mall on a Thursday afternoon and visited Pomelo. I was being served by a sweet lady named Sirah while she assisted me with the jeans that caught my attention. Sirah was not being pushy at all, she did give the space for me to decide although it took me some time as i may not be easy to please. She also introduce me to the website which has a variety of collections that i may be interested. What made my experience at the store memorable is when someone you just met is able to relate/interact to you comfortably. I personally feel that it is important in the service line to be approachable, understanding customers needs and paying attention to details. Besides the service, the layout of the store is eye-catching which obviously drove me in to visit. Floors are nice and clean. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely have put an impact to my experience at Pomelo Jems. Thank you & god bless..

I visited Pomelo at JEM on 19th May to pick up my order and I would like to give my compliments to all of the lovely retail assistants who helped me out while I was there. :) I was especially impressed with Sylvia, who managed to strike up a wonderful conversation with me while I was paying for my items. The chat really brightened my day and I thought that she had excellent customer service skills! Thank you to everyone who was working there on that day! :)

Had a great experience shopping there this afternoon (around 1pm)! Great staff, very patient and accommodating. Didn’t get their names but just wanted to leave a compliment!! They’re very good at sales too haha ☺️ Keep up the good work!!

I just wanna say that the staff here - mehran she's super good in serving even tho shes a cashier, i was looking for dresses and needed advice and all the dresses she introduced to me all look superb on me & super pretty!!!! Had it been any other retail assistant they'd probably not care and ask u to try look around because different people varies and like different dresses and it is hard to recommend. X( i was looking for size S/M for the clothes because pomelo's item all left xs and s..... and she called me immediately right after i left knowing that i was looking for the same item in S size, i cant emphasize how much i'm amazed by the customer service provided by pomelo's staff. Not only is their dresses pretty (fits my liking, i dont normally buy clothes or dresses from shops) because the designs very less, pomelo offers very nice business kinda dresses too? thanks for making my shopping experience so much better (;
