The place for M cars.

Feedback on a behalf of my uncle. He had a kinda bad experience when he visited Performance Munich Autos that day. That's his first time visiting Performance Munich Autos and was supposed to meet up a staff to collect some parts for motorbike but he went to the wrong department and couldn't find the staff he supposed to meet. So he approached the BMW Car side customer service officer nicely to check, she literally told my uncle off that she is not here to search people for him and shoo him off saying that she is busy. I was quite angry at that point of time after hearing this from my uncle. Not sure why is the customer service officer acting like this, giving her the benefit of doubt that she is really busy BUT should a Customer Service Officer treats anyone who walks in like this? I doubt. To the in charge of BMW Singapore, kindly look into this as i don't think that is a proper Customer Service person should do even my uncle is not a customer there. My uncle can't remember her name but he described her Short hair girl wearing a colourful/cartoon mask. Thank you.

The minute you walk into the showroom, you are greeted with a warm welcome and smile by the receptionists before being ushered to meet the next available BMW M representative. The sales representative that assisted me definitely met my expectations on what a BMW M dealership should be that is friendly, not very pushy on specific models and very knowledgeable.

Nice cosy BMW M model showroom. Have a cup of Nespresso coffee while appreciating these beautiful cars.
