Highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service and you should look for Jay Wong, excellent sales consultant from Vantage Automotive. Very professional, patient and highly knowledgeable. I hope Vantage Automotive really appreciates outstanding sales consultants like Jay for the great customer service, friendly personality and the willingness to go the extra mile for his customers.

There is a very nice lounge to wait while your car is being serviced. Service consultants are generally helpful, but appears to be tied down heavily by red tape. You need to stand your ground and insist on doing what is required for your vehicle, especially so for warranty parts, before they are willing to commit to get the issue resolved. I have the issue of seat belt pretensioner and air bag issue, that kept coming back until the fifth time. Fingers crossed, this issue did not return since then. I then had a Urea Tank issue, that was quite clearly a manufacture fault, but after the third repair, upon my vehement insistence, I was finally offered a resolution plan by the manufacturer. But then, asking for a letter to confirm this wasn't forthcoming. Peugeot, you can do much, much better on such warranty issues!

After 6 bids, Sales manage NL refused to return deposit and claimed buyer wants to pull out from deal. After almost escalating , full refund was delivered. Very poor experience by Simdarby.
