★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this outlet for the first time yesterday on CNY Day 1 2021. Experience was extremely unpleasant. Was told that only large size was available for walk in customers. To my surprise, another walk in customer before me managed to order medium size instead. Please look into this and hope more transparency is given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered signature roasted milk tea with fixed sugar the first time weeks ago, sweetness lvl and ice are perfect.
However I ordered the same drink ytd, it was overly sweet with very little ice. Please be consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good milk tea by local maker Bober. Easily situated in a kiosk for you to get your fix while the car gets pumped.
Update: went 5th time got rejected no ice the first time for redemption despite buying/paying for my other drinks. Perhaps mgmt can review since I'm not asking for toppings. I prefer my tea with ice that's all and standard for all my bbt.
2nd update: today able to redeem my free bbt without ice. Good job bober tea!
3rd update: must pay extra $1 for no ice. BOO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the signature roasted Milk. I have ordered this before and it was supposed to come with cream on top that was torched to caramelise. However this one did not. When I asked them for it, they told me that they do not do it at this outlet. If this was the case, they should have told me when I placed my order, rather than to simply serve me plain milk tea. Very disappointed!
