★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearby our HDB, every time I go buy the bubble tea, will see the staff making the tea from tea leaves, very rare to see bubble tea having the tea made on the spot, even got vouchers in Shopee. Will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Fresh Milk Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. New shop replacing the previous bubble milk tea. Well, they all have the same taste for bubble milk tea. The drink is only a little bit, most of them are ice. Few slurp and all the drink gone, left the bubble. Didn't fell the brown sugar on the bubble though.
Waiting time is quite quick, eventhough I saw many bags on the table, seems for online orders.
